Dear Colleagues and EORNA members,

"The First Perioperative Nurses Day" was held on 15th February 2006.
This first celebration was to give focus on Patient Safety and the responsibility we have as Perioperative Nurses we are in the Operating Departments where we work and are an important and vital part of.
EORNA member countries celebrated this first opportunity showing up and making our profession visible.
